Roger is married to Mary-Ann, and they have four adult sons.
He owns farming and forestry land on the North and South Islands through his family interests.
Since 1971, Roger Dickie has pioneered and led the coordination and development of 90 forestry and agriculture investment syndicates for investors in New Zealand and overseas.
He serves as an Executive Director and spokesman for the Kyoto Forestry Association (KFA), representing growers of 250,000 hectares of Kyoto-compliant forests in New Zealand.
Roger is also a Director of FMNZ, a forest management company, and is actively involved in developing opportunities as the first rotation of the RDNZ forests begins to be harvested.
Roger completed a Bachelor of Agriculture and Science and is a proud Farmer, Developer, and Company Director. He enjoys staying connected with the industry and maintains relationships with RDNZ investors. Roger’s expertise and deep knowledge of the forestry sector make him a reliable and valuable resource.
Will serves as the Director and General Manager of Roger Dickie (N.Z.) Ltd.
Born and raised on the family farm in Waverley, South Taranaki, Will grew up around agriculture and has had a strong interest in Farming and Forestry from a young age.
Will joined the business full-time in 2009, initially taking on a role in marketing and sales, where he contributed to promoting new offerings.
Since then, he has expanded his responsibilities across all business areas and currently oversees the company’s day-to-day operations.
Additionally, he led the transition of RDNZ to a licensed Managed Investment Scheme provider under the Financial Markets Conduct Act. As a Director of FMNZ, our forest management company, he actively manages existing structured investments and develops new initiatives.
Will holds a B.Com, from Canterbury University and lives in Auckland with his wife and two children aged 2 and 5. When he’s not in the forest, Will enjoys wing foiling, time on the water, and social tennis and golf.

Jeff is a Director at Roger Dickie (N.Z.) Ltd and other Dickie Family and Forestry enterprises.
Born into farming and forestry, Jeff has always had a deep connection to these industries.
He joined the company in 2019 and became a Director in 2021, where he focuses on private and structured investments, including forest fund initiatives.
Jeff leverages his experience in institutional investment and deal structuring. Before this role, Jeff spent 11 years as a director at ANZ Bank in the global markets division, primarily working with financial institutions such as fund managers.
Jeff’s extensive knowledge in deal structuring and risk management provides RDNZ with robust internal governance processes, ensuring that investment structures are efficient from the outset.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Forestry Science (B.For.Sc) and a Bachelor of Commerce with Finance (B.Com) from Canterbury University. Jeff lives in Auckland with his wife and their three children. His interests include recreational sports such as golf, skiing and water sports.

Duncan joined RDNZ in October 2024 as Senior Portfolio Manager in the Auckland office, overseeing RDNZ’s growing institutional portfolio and client base.
Before joining RDNZ, Duncan spent 10 years with Stafford Capital Partners in Sydney as Principal and head of Stafford’s global timberland funds portfolio, a USD 3.2bn footprint of forest, carbon, and processing assets. During that time, he led Stafford’s portfolio management systems, manager engagement, and client functions, including reporting responsibilities across more than 10 funds.
Duncan’s experience also spans transactions and due diligence in Australia, New Zealand, the US, and Latin America. Before working at Stafford, Duncan spent seven years as a management consultant with URS Australia in Melbourne.
Duncan holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
Mat is a results-driven sales and business professional with extensive experience in investor relations, capital raising, banking, and business development.
As the General Manager of Investor Relationships at RDNZ, Mat is dedicated to driving the company’s growth by building strong relationships with investors, presenting investment opportunities, leading the investor relations team, and improving client communication.
Mat holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Otago University and has completed the Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services (Investment). Additionally, he serves as a board member of Otago Cricket, which allows him to stay connected to his former years playing Cricket for Otago.
Living in Auckland, Mat is the proud father of three children, aged 6, 8, and 11. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching and playing sports on land and at sea.

She joined RDNZ in 2020, after time as a Secondary School teacher and working in the electricity sector in the pricing team.
Sophie provides oversight into RDNZ daily operations and Key Account Management.

Rohin joined RDNZ in September 2024 as a Financial Analyst in the Auckland office, overseeing the Awatea Forest Fund.
He is a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with expertise in business analysis, Excel reporting, dashboard creation, and process streamlining. Passionate about continuous improvement and upskilling through experience and study, he strives to drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
Rohin holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accountancy and is currently pursuing a Master of Business at AUT to further enhance his expertise in finance and business analysis.
Residing in Auckland, Rohin is a proud father to his 21-year-old daughter. In his free time, he enjoys quality moments with family and friends, watching sports, and fishing.
Katie is the Sales & Investor Relations Manager at Roger Dickie, having joined the company in January 2024.
Originally from Yorkshire in England, she has been living in New Zealand since 2016. She came here on her OE and fell in love with the country, particularly the warmer winters!
Since arriving in Auckland, she has worked with various Fund Managers in Investor Relations and Compliance roles. Katie is passionate about building strong relationships with our investors and is the main point of contact for those invested in our Forest Partnerships.

With a background in Finance, Tanya brings a wealth of experience to her role as Office Manager and Farm Administrator. Esta Wild joined RDNZ in September 2023 based in the Waverley office as the Private Investor Administrator, Bringing a strong background in administration and client relationship management.
Before joining the team at Roger Dickie, Esta spent 7 years in her previous role where she built and maintained strong relationships within the partner network, managed staff training, and took charge of organising events across the country.
With a passion for meticulous organisation and attention to detail, Esta is dedicated to supporting the leadership team at Roger Dickie NZ and streamlining administrative processes to enhance the company’s operations.
Outside of work she enjoys fishing and donating her time to community events.
Gems joined Roger Dickie (N.Z.) Ltd. in May 2024 bringing her goal-oriented, creative, and resourceful nature to the position.
Most recently she worked at Total Log Haulage, where she gained valuable experience and deep insight into the logistics of the logging industry.
Her earlier occupations include a background in banking. She was also the Practice Manager of Specsavers Wanganui, where she managed a team of nine staff while opening the new store.
Outside of her professional life she volunteers coaching netball teams, running school choirs, and assisting with community fundraising events. She enjoys engaging in creative arts and crafts and spending time with her husband, two daughters and their Jack Russell dogs.
Pamela has 22 years of experience in a trading and logistics company in the Philippines. She recently moved to New Zealand to be with her husband and explore new opportunities. Starting a new life in a different country has been both exciting and challenging for her, but she embraces the journey with an open mind and a willingness to learn.
She began her first job in New Zealand at RDNZ in November 2024 as a Partnership Investment Administrator, where she can continue to apply her experience while gaining new skills. She is eager to contribute, grow, and build meaningful connections in this new environment.
