Kaheka 2 Forest Partnership
Kaheka 2 Forest Partnership was the 8th forest established by Roger Dickie. In 2003 Kaheka 2 had an estimated net stocked area of 197.9 hectares. Planting of the first rotation took place in the winter of 1992 and harvesting was completed in 2020.
In 2021 Kaheka 2 had an estimated net stocked area of 164 hectares. Planting of the second rotation took place in 2021 and the forest is forecast to be harvested in 2047.
Kaheka 2 Forest is situated at Tutira on Kaheka Road 52km north of Napier in Hawkes Bay.
