Bayview Forest Partnership was the 6th forest established by Roger Dickie NZ and is situated on Seafield Road, 18 km by state highway from Napier in the Hawkes Bay and 12km from Pan Pac mill at Whirinaki. In 2021, Bayview had an estimated net stocked area of 277 hectares.

The Bayview Forest Partnership was founded in March 1992, and planting began in the winter of that year. The forest was harvested from 2022 to 2024. 

Replanting has been completed, and stocking rates are looking positive. Bayview 2nd rotation has approved by shareholders and it is expected that the next harvest will be completely funded via carbon sales and no further share calls from investors. The roading network is very established and its proximity to port remains a significant advantage in keeping cartage rates at a minimum.
