Coldstream Downs Dairy Farm is a 349.9 ha (864 acres) property located in the Waimea Valley district, 30km from Gore. The farm is a quality, flat to easy undulating property that was converted from sheep farming in 2001. It has a modern 60 bale rotary dairy shed, and a good range of farm buildings and houses.
The farm was purchased and syndicated by Roger Dickie in 2005. This allowed a number of investors to participate, not only in the New Zealand dairy industry, but also to indirectly own a share of an investment in tangible assets, prime dairy land, livestock and plant.
The farm is managed by a Variable Order Share Milker. Shareholders can visit their farm at any time.
From time to time shares become available on the secondary market. To register your interest please contact Richard Bourne at firstname.lastname@example.org
