The Fund provides diversified exposure to land-backed investments and productive livestock, targeting annual returns of 7-9%* (net, pre-tax) through a combination of income and capital growth.

With a goal of farming 5,000 cows, the Fund offers New Zealanders an accessible way to invest in scale through a straightforward structure – providing exposure to an industry that has historically been out of reach for many. The strategy is designed to deliver sustainable income backed by quality farmland.
